"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. "We are extremely delighted by our stay, it beat all expectations! First, we were met at check in by lovely Anastasia - she greeted us, and made us feel very special and welcomed. Room was incredible - clean, all details so well thought through, posh smelling Molton brown products. We took advantage of spa, air hockey and electric bike ride around the area. All included in our stay! My little dog was welcomed as well for a reasonable fee. Breakfast options took our breath away, we felt like royalty when reading the menu and being served by this gentleman (Nikita? Nikolay? I am sorry I missed his name) with a great sense of humour. I work in hospitality industry and, dear management, you did a great job and you have a fabulous team. We will be back! :) "
