The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. "My primary criticism was with the check-in process. Arrival at the base of resort, and initial check-in there was very efficient. No complaints there. The problem was when I arrived off the the tram. I had no clear idea of where to go to find the hotel main reception, though I had a a vague idea from google maps for the area.
