"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! The room was fine but communication was lacking
"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."

"The property is easily accessible by train and there are supermarkets nearby. However the unit which we stayed in was not properly cleaned before check-in. Found a pink nail extension by floor beside the bed. Also some of the bath towels provided smell."
