I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean.

I am a problematic person

Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12. So, I guess I can hang out with the guest from the night prior in the same room from 11 to 12? Get it? I was so upset that I reserved for three nights and only stayed for 6 hours. This is the worse place I have been.
