"This hotel is a little gem on the west coast of Mauritius. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping and all other staff were always welcoming, friendly and happy to assist you and give you information about the area. "1) It is not adults only - there were young children and babies in the pool and bar every day of my stay. Hotels.com is refusing to remove the adults only claim from its website. 2) It is right next to a local car park which the locals use for parties, all night, with drums. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. A TRUE REVIEW - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

"What can I say, i do not usually write reviews but i had to for this one, i booked a really expensive 5* hotel in Mauritius using the Hotel.com app and our experience was so bad we was left stranded at the middle of the night. Luckily this hotel was free and taken us in, now i was on my honeymoon and it was a disaster from the start but the manager at this property was a ray of sunshine. His name was Ashley - he was understanding, caring and went that extra mile to make our stay great. I could not thank him enough. He upgraded us to a honeymoon suite and helped us book a car rental - he made sure we had one. He was literally a gem! i cannot express how attentive and nice the staff was, they was all so lovely. From having a disaster of a time to then coming here was amazing. you made our holiday special thank you!"

"Vincent the owner is an excellent communicator. He maintained contact prior and during our stay which was very reassuring. His Mum was very welcoming & supportive throughout. It is exactly what is advertised, a beautiful apartment with a sea view & fully equipped kitchen & cleaning provided during your stay. Good parking. A lift would be very beneficial. Highly recommend!"
