Great overnight stay

Was clean, cozy and great beds and breakfast. Our room had amazing view and everyone was very polite. The area around is beautiful.

Lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated, but the spa. Wow, more than made up for it. It was amazing. The staff were very friendly and super helpful too. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Staff, breakfast and view makes up for the rest

Friendly and service-minded staff with genuine smiles and a great breakfast makes up for some of the shortcomings in the room. Very dated room, especially the bathroom which shows many years of wear and tear, and not very fresh. Location of the hotel is fine, with great views overlooking the harbor inlet. Free parking vary close to the reception, which is great. Didn't have a chance to visit the Spa, but I heard form other guests that it is fantastic.

Was staying here for the Oddebollen football cup. Room was ok but should have a fridge for keeping beverages and some food.Could not adjust the warm water in the shower. Just this room or to keep the power cost down? Location was a bit outside downtown, so either eat at the hotel restaurant or take the car into the city. Nearby only a mini-golf course and a small bar by the sea. Overall an ok hotel. The food and staff was excellent!

The view was amazing but the spa was (poop). Yes there was poop in the spa pool and all of the hot tubs needed a scrub badly. The pool next to the cold plunge obviously hadn’t had a proper cleaning in a long time. Ponds have less brown scum and floating skin cells than this. The other hot tubs had sand in the bottoms. The spa had big potential but just fallen off. Add one more staff to go around water vacuum out poop and sand. Drain the hot tubs and introduce them to a scrub brush. The room was wonderful.

Booked a dinner at 395 SEK/person, and due to their Christmas offer we were forced to accept 695 SEK/person Christmas buffet. They eventually solved the price diff, after some grunty discussion. Some strange non-traditonal dishes on the meny (Vegan Jansson and boring meatballs) Breakfast overall ok, but few choices. Room was somewhat badly cleaned. Overall, we did well on our own.
