This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. "Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

"Booked a 1 night stay in a standard room, there was an initial problem with heater making a loud noise, we reported it to reception desk who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded us to monument view room which was very unexpected, the room was exceptional, the staff are exceptional and we will most definitely be booking again in the very near future. "
