"Friendly and understanding staff - even though we were more people than in the booking, and did not have our passports, the host kindly accepted our photocopies and also gave us a bigger room, even some paracetamol for my headache the next day. We booked one of the economy rooms which was good, enough space for the two of us, but the room was on the first floor right by the elevator and the restaurant entrance which made for some noise and also the light in the hallway would turn on and off constantly.
