"Nice apartment in a very convenience location close to everywhere. Plenty of space in each room and it has a washer."

"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "We absolutely loved this property! It was just an easy 15-minute walk from the main station, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the host was seamless. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, yet lively and charming during the day. Its proximity to the ferry stop was ideal for exploring the rest of Venice. Perfect location for our stay!"

"Definitely would choose this location again. The hotel is in a perfect place if you drive to Venice and need to leave the car in those lots the hotel is 3-5 minutes walk. Also you can easily get to San Marco by foot. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are packed with amenities. "

"This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. It is very convenient for accessing the boat bus and water taxi since the stop is in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room was perfectly clean. We rented the suite which is very spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was also very good with plently of fresh fruit available. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The water taxi to the airport made our depature smooth and worry free.We arrived on the tren and took the water bus to the hotel which was also easy since it stops at Hotel Rialto. This is the place for a great room and location. "

"This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them."

Amazing!!!!

"Ok! This place is a hidden gem!!! And i do mean hidden it is down an alley that most people would avoid! But i say this to you my friend! GO DOWN THAT ALLEY!! The rewards are more well than you can imagine! This hotel is an amazing kind and remakably cool place. It reminds me of a really upscale brothel in design. But the kindess of the staff is unparalleled. And the breakfast was amazing and the beds were awesome ... just sayin i liked this place"

"Great location in Venice, very close to all the main sites and transport. Staff were super helpful, polite and made me feel welcome, thank you. The room was quite small but everything worked fine and suited a weekend stay. Be aware that the hotel is close to the main tourist areas so can be noisy in the evening. Breakfast was a good selection and there is a great view of Ponte di Realto from the balcony."

"Staff were super nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is only 2 minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and about 17 minutes walk from the train station.
