We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. "Nice location as opposite the beach parking not on site but in Pay & display car park next door. Booked a premium room with sea views but view obstructed by scaffolding but was due to be dismantled soon. Room was nice but not exactly spotless as very dusty especially on drinks tray & lights, TV. Also Shower screen damaged and bathroom blind broken. With a little more care and attention & TLC checks before check in, the hotel could be really nice as fantastic location, especially in the summer for drinks. "
