"The parking lot was OK. Outside walkways and stairways really need to be cleaned. The room was clean, quiet and functional. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bed in the handicap accessible room needs much improvement. It was not even chair height from the floor; with mobility issues getting up was not easy. Also the mattress was too soft. My previous stay approximately one year ago was a much better bed than now. Perhaps they just need to be replaced. "
