I stayed two days at this hotel, and it was very convenient for my travel purposes. The room was well equipped with a full size refrigerator as part of the kitchenette, and there was plenty of space for my belongings and pet. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay. Super clean and the staff is fabulous. Super comfortable beds and equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom is very spacious too. There is a Wawa down the around the block. Super convenient.

Greeted by an amazing staff member who check us in. Elevator was broken and we were in the 3rd floor; normally not an issue but we had a lot of gear as we were there for a lacrosse tournament. Room was adequately clean, however it felt greasy from the kitchenette’s use. Cleaning staff do an excellent job cleaning, however grease and cooking oils do cling to most surfaces.

Elevator not working. No ice machines, only ice was what refrigerator made which was about 7 cubes a day(ice maker??). Free laundry👏. Garbage overflowing (always) at back door which we always used due to no elevators. Carpet very dirty on stairs. Room was clean, never used any services, went to get towels and set out own garbage. This was my first and last stay at Candlewood Suites. For three of the five days, there was no hot water. My sheets? Stained and disgusting. And to top it off, we never had a working room key—16 keys later, we still had to be let into our room every night. The staff was a mixed bag. The woman working during most of our stay was indifferent, dismissive, and flat-out told me I was wrong—until she found out I wasn’t. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just more attitude, like I was the problem. On the flip side, the morning staff member was great—cheerful, asked if things had been fixed, and actually seemed to care. And the lady that was there the first and lat nights of our stay was very pleasant and tried to help. Unfortunately, two helpful staff members don’t make up for a stay that is this frustrating. I won’t be back.
