"Stayed here several times over the past year, and will definitely stay again whenever I return to the island. I always book the mezzanine suite and it is worth every penny. I have seen 'Villa' rooms advertised but are not in the main building, so cannot comment on those. "This resort is in a beautiful cliff side location with rocky beach access and a beautiful pool and restaurant overlooking the sea and pool. Villa rooms are sea front. The property shows its age. Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again. "Margarita is a wonderful resort on the even more wonderful beach of Khanom. Each bungalow is comfortable and clean with a modern design. "A very small resort where you are treated like royalty. Definitely get breakfast included as it is WAY cheaper than paying in person. So many great photo ops. All rooms face sunrise. 2nd floor has the best views. Great size balcony. Warm showers. They supply shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste etc. Fresh fruit gift on arrival with endless orchids decorating everything. The beach is about 2km long one way for beautiful walks. The swimming pool is nice for lounging. The pool towels are massive. They provided transport from the pier and was the same price they offer at the pier. Transportation to the airport was expensive, get your own taxi. The restraint off the main road is to die for. "
