"A good place to stay for one night en route to Santander. It is very central. The room is small, so we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night. The shower is extremely (too) powerful and flooded the floor. One of the bath towels looked as though it hadn't been washed as it had marks on it and there was a bit of debris and some dust under the bed, which was disappointing. "Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. "Never saw or heard another guest. Had to call from the street for the manager to come and give me the key. The hotel desk was never staffed--not once. No ameneties at all. No telephones in the rooms or lobby. Wifi--yes. They gave me a key to enter from the street. The room and maid service were fine. If the rest of Soria hadn't been sold out, I would have chosen another place to stay. At best, this is a hostal, but minus most hostal services. "
