"The room was great other than it was on a loud, busy street. Unfortunately, I only learned when I was to meet the host that I was not staying at the location shown on my booking confirmation. The communication of where my actual room was was difficult as 2 of my 3 translation apps described it as an office/place of business so it was difficult to recognize where I was supposed to be. Also, compared to the several other B&Bs that the friends I was traveling with stayed, my hosts did not provide...

"Be aware the there is no lift if you need one. Apartment is in a grand Palazzo with a shared common area and a balcony, great facilities and easy check in by a neighbour. Apartment is in a ZTL zone so if you have a car be aware when it is active. We were able to part for free on a side street about 5 minutes away."

"Let me start by saying this hotel is a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and very thoughtful. We were leaving before 7 AM in the morning and that evening they brought breakfast for us knowing that we would miss breakfast. The room was extremely clean.
