Clean and convenience.
First impression. Also, easy to get to town. Room is clean but bit noisy. Schedule cleaning quite variance that is not good because I heard noise every hours.

Bad View outside my room windows
I request higer floor but they gave me lower floor with the Big Electric Stand with alot Cable beside my window view, get shock when see all the electric cables..... feel uncomfortable while staying, scare electric shock!

Trang a little of the tourist trail :)
Great place to stay for the money. Yes a touch more then most places I stay by about 150-250 baht but absolutely worth it for a good night sleep. Best bed I've ever had in Thailand. Spotless clean friendly staff. Location a bit far from town but close to mall and bus station of arriving by bus. Even bought a ticket from reception, minivan and boat to koh muk. Paid and never received deciept or ticket. Got on minivan no problem got on boat no problem. On boat they come around and ask for ticket or money i said I already paid they said "Ok" this doesn't happen all over Thailand forsure. I love Trang, this is thailand :) I'll be back

New & friendly
The hotel is new & fresh, personel didn't know english so well so we had to use google translate, but they helped us all they could! Only neagtive to speak about is the cleaning. It wasn't cleaned enough (mirror, windows, blank spaces had obvious marks on them) Everything else was good!

This hotel is perfect for a drop in stay. The wifi is really good - no drop outs. There is a nice coffee place near by and there is a supermarket and mall across the road. I enjoyed it.

Value for your money
Hotel staff is very kindness and hospitality. Sorry that I could not remember her name. The location is a bit far from the city area, but nearby the Robinson department store. It will be convenience, would you have a car. The room is very new and clean. It designed in business hotel style or the minimal one.

Au premiers abords, c'est mal situé quand on a pas de voiture et y'a pas de tax, mais la station de bus est toute proche à pied. Il y a aussi un parc tout près mais pas pu le visiter. L'une des réceptioniste m'a bien aidé malgré qu'elle ne parlait pas anglais.

Cheap, modern room. Bit far from most things except Robinson shopping mall, however the bus/tuktuk/taxi is cheap so this isn't a problem really. Good wifi Very soft bed

Decent hotel for sleepover.
Been staying at this hotel cople of times. Some rooms are in better condition than others. The coffe machine at the reception is only available 6-11pm. After this time I wouldn't mind paying for a cup of coffee.
