Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

A nice charming grand hotel right next to the train station and the bus terminal, easy to go visiting Eguisheim, Riquewihr, etc. It is a 10-min walking to the Colmar old town. Hotel staff was frinedly, the room was clean.

"The hotel was well situated near a couple of bars and restaurants. We had requested a quiet room, but were given a room at the top of the stairs, it was quite noisy. The restaurant was closed whilst we were there, but that wasn’t really a problem."
