"Very clean and luxury suite. Added bonus is kitchenette and laundry. Staff were friendly and easy check in. Pool and spa sauna is superb.Good dining and shopping spots around walking distance.Parking is only an issue but an offsite parking was provided on a 2min walk with $15 fee. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend 👌. "

"The property was excellent however the insufficient onsite parking was very disappointing and trying to park half a kilometer away for my disabled wife was a major concern. If I had known the limited parking situation at time of booking, I would have booked elsewhere. The facility and location itself was very good."

"This was a great place to stay in a really good central location, with plenty of things to do within a fairly short drive. Reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room looks relatively nice but there were just a lot of small things that made it really outdated. Things such as no smart TV, a really crappy showerhead, not very comfortable beds etc 😅 that being said, I would absolutely stay again and if they updated a few things it would elevate people's stays SO much. Not very exciting for...

"Great location in between Manuka and Kingston villages (closer to Kingston), walking distance to both and to Manuka oval. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable accomodation, very neat and clean. Great communication and very easy to deal with. A lovely short-term stay."

"First the bad news, not much , the shower in room 336 spills into the main bathroom and does not drain, and the shower mixer taps are really fiddly. Also forgot to mention to checkout the seat back of the office chair is about to come off. The rest is good, ultra clean, great bed, bit of an outlook, good barista girl, great 11am check out which gave me time for laps in the great pool and spa. Good overall price. Very well designed property, best I have come across with a brilliant atrium."
