The room was spacious, near and clean, hardy any noise. Staff were friendly, good selections for breakfasts. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Navona. Bit further to Colosseum but manageable. Hotel has the ‘watch’ theme, every room was given one of Rolex series watch. Stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone.

Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very bright and loud inside, its location outside is very noisy. Staff were nice and helpful.

The location is excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness are incredible. Although the room is very very small and the hotel has a rather old-fashioned style, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s design and atmosphere transport you to the past, which can be charming
