"We had an amazing stay at the Residence Porta Antica! We called the hotel when we were unsure with parking and Claudia came in her cart to show us where to park and then drive us to the hotel! She was such a pleasure and so friendly! She gave us a warm welcome and recommended several restaurants, as well as ice cream places! We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. "The Residence Carera was a great location. Super close to the harbor and many restaurants. The apartment was adequate. We happened to be there during their St. Euphemia Festival, which meant loud concerts from Friday through Sunday, but when the windows were closed, it kept most of the sound out. The music was good, too! The only issue is no black-out curtains, so bring a sleeping mask."

"I stayed 4 nights and did day trips to Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula. The village of Bale, where Hotel La Grisa is located, is worth exploring too. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The bar and street cafe seating are very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."
