Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed.

Proche des commerces et c'est aussi un plaisir de voir tout les transports qu'il y a près de l'établissement. Pour visiter cette belle ville tours , au plaisir d'y revenir prochainement. Nos cobraram café da manhã no check in, informamos que não queríamos, a recepcionista disse que ia estornar no cartão, aguardamos até o dia seguinte no checkout e o estorno não foi feito!! Reclamamos e o rapaz François disse que nao sabia de nada, que nao podia fazer nada e que era com a administração e sabemos que estorno de cartão é algo bem simples de ser feito o que realmente é necessário é ter boa vontade e respeito com o cliente!!!
