One manager desk lady whit binocular eyeglasses when we arrive don’t say nothing about the resort and when we leave not even ask how was the stay, the food in the buffet its ok, the another restaurant we have only 3 nights themed restaurants we had the right to go three times and we were in a group of 13 people, the food was much better than the buffet, the spa is also only available for those who want to have a massage and the gym has very poor equipment, there is a pool at the bar which It stinks of urine like another very clean pool, I'll give it 3 stars overall

A experiência poderia ter sido melhor se tivesse mais freezer distribuídos no resort. Outro ponto negativo é não ter um ponto de apoio na praia de bebidas e petiscos, só tinha as cadeiras e os ombrelones. Não pretendo mais voltar nesse resort

Em se tratando de praia e de espaço físico é muito bom… mas nos quesitos bebidas e comida deixa muito a desejar em especial na qualidade e variedade dos destilados (nacionais e ruins), refrigerantes e água gasosa de máquina… e carnes vermelhas muito passadas e pouco variadas… frutos do mar bons escassos.. e o pior, praia com a água de côco de garrafa, não tem sucos naturais bons (exemplo laranja).. e o inaceitável.. não ter garrafa de água natural… só no filtro nos restaurantes!!! Para a diária paga é muito ruim a gastronomia e todo tipo de bebida… as sobremesas salvam um pouco …

O espaço do hotel é muito bom, mas a estadia em si deixou muito a desejar. Demora para liberar quarto no check-in (liberado já era mais de 15h30). Serviço não é bom: restaurante da piscina demora para iniciar serviço pela manhã, sendo que o hóspede sequer pode abrir a geladeira para se servir antes que o serviço se inicie; falta organização na hora do lanche da tarde: o pedido de sanduíches é feito sem nenhuma organização de fila, quem chega depois, passa na frente; mesmo tendo solicitado berço com meses de antecedência, o berço só foi chegar no quarto além de 20h, quando o bebê já estava dormindo; pedido de kit costura não foi atendido até hoje. Sabor da comida, no geral, não é boa (sem sabor, sem sal), nem mesmo nos restaurantes temáticos - bacalhau servido cheio de espinha.

Férias em família
Bom hotel, mas deixa um pouco a desejar na alimentação. Café da manhã e da tarde sempre com as mesmas opções, poderiam ser mais criativos. A minha impressão é que o all inclusive está somente direcionado para o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e não para alimentação. Outro ponto é o Wi-Fi, muito lento.

Desrespeito aos animais.
Localização: Isolado, com acesso difícil e sem conveniências. Praia exclusiva, mas longe de comodidades. Viagem de 2 horas do aeroporto. Animais: Gatos de rua simpáticos, mas sem vacinas nem castração, pedem comida aos hóspedes. Funcionários tentam afastá-los, separando inclusive mãe e filhote na chuva, o que pode ter resultado na morte do filhote. Animais merecem tratamento como mascotes, com castração, vacinação e espaço para interação com os hóspedes. Estrutura: Novo, bonito e limpo. Quartos espaçosos, porém banheiro com pia única e saída do box inconveniente. Cama firme com opções de travesseiros. Duas piscinas boas com muitas cadeiras. Hotel grande e tranquilo na baixa temporada, mas agitado na alta. Quatro restaurantes: Massa Fina (italiano), Cervejaria Portuguesa, Potiguar (bar da piscina) e Inevitável (área VIP). Praia: Areia fofa, mas declive acentuado dificulta caminhadas. Mar de qualidade mediana, com águas turvas em junho devido às chuvas. Alimentação: Restaurante principal com buffet fraco e sem tempero. Bandejas pequenas podem ser problemáticas na alta temporada. Restaurantes à la carte oferecem experiências mistas: pizza saborosa no Massa Fina, bacalhau sem sabor na Cervejaria Portuguesa, pratos saborosos mas sem tempero no Inevitável. Lanche da tarde fraco e churrasco e salgados do bar da piscina ruins. Funcionários: Simpáticos e prestativos. Recreação: Recepção poderia oferecer quartos silenciosos (lago) ou animados (piscina).
