"We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. Luckily the hotel could provide a room for the three of us but the mistake by hotels.com/could have ruined the most important part of our holiday."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "Due to flight cancellations we needed an extra day in Italy, and why spend it at the airport when you can extend your stay in the mountains? So we booked Majestic Sansicario because our other hotel couldn’t accommodate us another day. Omg! What a discovery - it’s like Italian Kellermans! High up in Sansicario Alta, the views were spectacular! The facilities were gorgeous, and the hospitality was delightful. "Great property in a quaint French town. The staff was great and extremely helpful! Parking is a little way from the hotel, but not too bad. The hotel is a bit difficult to find (don’t use Google Maps), but people we very helpful. We would stay there again for sure!! "

"A charming hotel with good parking facilities. The room was superb and very clean. Very convenient for the town. If you have heavy baggage, this hotel might not be for you as there isn’t a lift. Ask for one of the lower floor rooms. We were on the third but our bags were light so not an issue. Overall, a great stay and one we would recommend."
