"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I booked here for my boyfriend’s birthday after spending a few nights in Carcassonne. We spent 2 nights here and we loved every minute. "This was taken over by mother and son (sons?) in April of 2024 and we had a newly refurbished room. Love their passion for the place. They were so kind to me - helping me find something to eat - and translating for me while I stayed in the hotel room. Really went out of their way - and I am grateful! "

"HOTELS.COM did not call this hotel Fast Hotel when we booked and did not mention that it was a 1 star hotel. If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. Zero service as we wanted to see the room but the person at the reception refused as it was late and he had to leave."
