"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. "Great property just across the road from train station. Perfect for our one night before catching our ferry. We had a nice meal down at the marina which was just a 15min walk away. Staff were friendly and wasn’t hard to organise a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend. I only wish we had more time in Toulon "

"It was rated 10/10. It is a run down house in a neighborhood away from everything. The street is so narrow it is impossible to park. It has one spot for parking. Otherwise,you park in a narrow street,and if you leave that lucky spot,you might not find another one. The room had not a private bathroom. If you want to have dinner you have to walk half a mile to the only restaurant in the neighborhood (partnered with the “hotel “ owner. Only one option on the menu,for 35 Euros.Ripoff."
