"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Quiet in the off season but I can imagine it being very busy in the summer. Great location for visiting different towns around the lake. Accommodation was clean but a bit worn/dated."

"Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"We had the most relaxing time in a stunning location. Facilities were superb with only a 2 min walk to the Lakeside! The host Christina was so attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was also excellent. We hired a car which was great for exploring the Lake. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

"Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal."

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"Nice public areas for swimming, hot tub, lounging -- all with a beautiful view of the lake. Staff were easy to work with and very responsive with requests and questions. Onsite restaurant offered good dinner options at a reasonable cost. The breakfast buffet provided was one of the best on our trip. Private garage for parking was appreciated and convenient."

" From the moment we arrived the cleanest, decorations and extraordinary smell of the lobby make you get in love with the place. The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. The breakfast is delicious, every day we found delicious food, so many dishes to choose or able to try everything. The employees are always taking care the customers, keeping the place implacable and no matter how busy they are, always smiling and making sure you are taking care of. "
