"Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly."
