CAUTION These people make you send payments off-site, they lie to you, don't refund deposits, avoid answering phone calls and try to kick the can down the road long enough hoping that you'll give up and not try to get your money back. Avoid at all costs. Besides stealing my money, they made me sit outside the hotel for half of an hour because they gave me a buzzer code that didn't work. They then changed my room last minute - a room that was locked and unable to be opened. I sat on the hallway floor for another 30 minutes waiting for some response. They eventually moved me to a room on another floor. They showed no remorse or sympathy, in-fact they some how were looking for me to show appreciation for an extra bed that I never asked for and didn't need. Just a wholly awful experience and beyond unethical and criminal operation. Avoid at all costs - the $50 savings on the property isn't worth the time waste to try and get your money back -- not sure if I ever will.

They are scammers. They are selling rooms that doesn’t belong to them. When we got to the place it was an apartment that people live and there was nobody to talk to us. We didn’t get to see the room, had had to book another room at an hotel. It was awful but thank God Expedia refunded our money back.

Most of the light bulbs were out, thermostat wouldn’t turn the heat down was 87 degrees. Towel rack loose from the wall poor water pressure. Poor explanation in email for checkin ended up in the wrong room due to mistake on their part/ asked to book another night which was agreed upon at 11 on original check out security walked in the room without knocking while in the shower seen my wife naked . Terrible customer service experience

Worst experience of my life! The temperature in the unit was 28 degrees and in spite of repeated attempts , they told me that it was a building policy And they could do nothing about it . I could not sleep the entire 3 nights because of this. There were spiders in the unit as well. In addition, the TV didn’t work at all from day one. They did not do anything to help me through this entire ordeal.

Neal was awesome and joe as well everything was immaculate in every manner from checking in to checking out very smooth but unfortunately i had to check out in 3 hours due to a family emergency so couldn’t enjoy it fully but always a next time i guess

Close to downtown convenience to travel. Fairly quiet for apartment. Parking lot and entry into condo was complicated. Clear instructions were not given until communicating with management. Took an hour just to enter into condo. Condo was very dirty. Bed sheets were not changed with crumbs all over the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at all with hairs in the shower and black mold on tiles. Last renters belonging were still in the bathroom with no organization. Bathroom smelled unpleasant.

Good location. Parking was a bit confusing. Some fobs scan, vs IR, so it would be good to be specific how to operate the fob. Also would be good to specify that parking the first one around the corner and the residential parking is on the right gate immediately after the ramp. P2 is not visible from the entry. Otherwise, check in and check out was smooth. The property was nice and clean. The towels must be new (?), the fibers shed. Would be nice to have body soap if no bar soap is provided. The property mgr checked in, once after we got in, which was good.

The hotel gave me parking that was included after calling Expedia to sort it out, as they refused to help me out initially. Cost me almost 4 hours of screwing around. The room was fine and the agent was helpful when I needed them. For the price it’s decent. There was a bad smell there we couldn’t get rid of. We kept the window open a lot. Traveling with kids is fun, but sharing a room sucks. This place had a master bed where I could close the door. That was enough.

I am so disappointed that Expedia promotes this property and does business with Manage BNB, the company renting the properties on Iceboat Terrace. BNB is not a refutable company and has horrible customer service. It requires customers to pre-check that includes uploading drivers license, credit card, and selfie to their site. Despite of complying, I did not receive any information. I had to call Manage BNB. The building code was emailed to me, but the building address was different from the one advertised on Expedia. The advertisement also mentioned that parking was included. But, BNB refused to give me a parking spot even though my receipt says that parking was paid. It was only when I told them that I was going to call the police when they caved in. Expedia should compensate me for the 3 hours I spent fighting with BNB.

Loved the view! 37th floor overlooking the harbour was incredible. Very quiet, we may as well have been the only ones on the floor, nor did we hear anyone above us. Was there for 3 days and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

It was our first time in Toronto. We couldn’t have picked a better place as far as location. We could walk everywhere had a beautiful corner street view of the city lights. Lots of places to shop or eat close by. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for us, clean, safe and comfortable. Communication with was quick and helpful when needed.Would definitely stay again.

My stay at this property was great. It’s definitely a good place to book if you’re on a budget. The house was clean and well put together. The check in process was fairly easy and quick. I was only concerned with it not actually being a penthouse was more of a 2 bedroom condo. But overall it was still a nice stay. I would def cook this place again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

I booked this property last minute with expedia. After traveling to the location I called the property to gain access to our room and for parking. After waiting 10 minutes for them to reply back to me they told me the booking was no longer available due to maintence issues. Afterwards myself and expedia tried to contact the property to refund me ny booking and they were unable to reach the property. So not only did the waste my time, they canceled on nyself and still took my money. Horrible communication. Not recommended. Scam.
