Stayed for 2 nights- business trip. I had a studio room with kitchenette. Absolutely perfect! Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, free parking, and easy access to the 400/401. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Have already booked my next stay in Jan 2025.

Having a child in a wheelchair it would be nice for there to be more disability parking as the other spots are very narrow. We booked this hotel based off of it having pool and hot tub. Disappointing that hot tub wasnt working. We were not notified until we asked. When we expressed our concern with lack of communication they did everything to make it better and we really appreciated that. We did have access to the sister hotel to use their pool and hot tub but again no easy way to access with a wheelchair. Breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was very helpful and always willing to get us anything that may have run out. The Wednesday guest appreciation dinner was also very good. Nice surprise to have a free dinner during our stay.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites. We had excellent service during our stay. The rooms were spacious. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious with a nice variety each day. The children and adults had lots of fun in the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Review We decided to take a mini vacation to Toronto (Canada’s Wonderland Season Pass Holders) I booked 1 room for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) and another room for 1 night (Saturday) as my husband joined us. Rooms are very expensive at $428.00 a night. We returned back after visiting Wonderland to Police, Fire, and EMS as I guess there was a fire on the 4th floor. We were able to check in the 2nd room. Due to the fire Elevators were not functioning at that time. Both our rooms are on the 6th floor. So we have to climb and go down 6 flights of stairs to access our rooms. The kids are getting restless and bored in the room, call to the front desk. The pool is closed (Reopened while we were out) When checking in the 2nd room my husband asked if we would be getting any compensation for the very inconvenient stay we now are having. The answer was No. Breakfast buffet was good. The bed’s comfortable (Only could book room with a King Bed and Sofa Pull Out bed.) but at the end of the day to pay $1200 for a 2 night stay that ends up being; 6 Story Walk Up Only 2/3 of the family get beds No pool or hot tub Parking is complimentary (But very limited space) and far walk. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had taking a trip to Toronto and the most disgusting/disgraceful experience I have ever had with a Hilton. I u destined the fire was not the fault of the hotel and beyond their control but the staff made me feel like we had to pay for it.
