I loved staying at this hotel. So close to everything I wanted! Amazing bath products (and eco friendly). Friendly staff and hotel has a great vibe. Upstairs bar (Evangeline) - awesome vibe, view of CN Tower, they charge in groups (and apparently serve as a group (two ppl ordered chicken and they put it on one plate- weird?) but great cocktails and nice staff! Everything is 2 dollars more than lobby. Make a reso Lobby bar- friendly! Same menu-ish as the Alder but everything is about 2$ less Alder- nice private space! Mini fridge is stiloooocked! Except for juice- I suggest hitting up shoppers or Loblaws on Queen to get water or juice Room was comfy, I would have liked better housekeeping- they came and got glasses but didn’t take towels, make the bed, or wipe down the table. Overall a great stay, will stay again!

Love the restaurants in the Ace as well as the location! 3 stars because no coffee maker in the room, tea bags available for a fee. When we ordered coffee room service in the morning, it came with no napkins or even a spoon to stir in the cream. I get minimalist, but come on! Lol

The Rooftop lounge had a very strong smell of food. Better air circulation needed. Rooms WiFi was zero and I spoke to reception who confirmed I was on the correct network Ace Hotel Toronto. Plus little to no cell service in my room and on the 14 floor rooftop bar. I was unable to use my laptop with no WiFi and less than 1 bar on cellular network (for hotspot). I will not come back to the Ace as I was unable to work while I stayed.

This was my first time here and my friend and I were obsessed, we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy because we were just here one night for a concert but we’re already planning a full weekend stay! It was so charming, and the staff were really sweet!

It was loud in the elevators from people going to the rooftop . No parking for the clients . The property needs to reimburse the customers staying at their hotel . For the price we paid they should have more goodies like coffee in the room and small treats .

The Ace Hotel is one of my go-to spots to stay in the city. During my various stays the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making the experience even better. The location is great, right across from the Waterworks Food Hall, with plenty of other great food options nearby as well. The hotel itself has amazing architecture and interior design, which really adds to the charm. Plus, having a nice restaurant, Alder, in the same building is convenient for a lovely dinner. Overall, The Ace Hotel offers great service, stunning design, and an great location. Looking forward to my next stay!
