"- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...

"We found our home in Bari for 4 nights. We chose this apartment to be around the local community. We found it safe, authentic and unpretentious. The apartment is safe . The door is too safe and it required skill and patience to open it. Really triple locked. "Location was great. Property condition not so good as water damaged floor that felt unsafe to walk on, bath leaking, door near bed wouldn’t close, no wifi at all and we had a mattress topper as our doona/quilt which was so uncomfortable that we took it out and had just the cover on us to sleep so it got cold. Manager’s not great and nothing was fixed while we were there. Had to sit at the front door to access the restaurant’s wifi. "

"Very nice place with great customer service. A lot of brilliant advises and assist during whole stay! A couple things could be manage in short time to make the next stay in the same place even more pleasure. I'm sure the owner didn't know about that so below are my tips :) 1. "This apartment is quite nice but and the terrace is a great feature in nice weather but not having WIFI was a real problem. We had to go and find it in restaurants and coffee shops and that wasn't very convenient."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in Bari, located conveniently near the Old City, making it easy to explore the historic area. The room was spacious, especially by Italian standards, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. There is also a parking facility nearby, which was very convenient. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Overall, a lovely place to stay with great service and a prime location!"
