"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "Very friendly staff, amazing view and also great pool. Was open despite it being just out of season. Breakfast is amazing, with delicious traditional cheeses, eggs made to order, Salmon, typical Italian sweet breakfast and good coffee. The bed was not that good for my back, but then I am very fussy.
