"The hotel was adorable with an amazing view in Jeju City. However, a deep cleaning is probably needed every once in a while as the washer/dryer combo unit smelled a bit mildew and I didn't want to ruin my clothes. Overall, staff was helpful and the hotel provided many amenities for a long term stay. Recommended for solo female travelers and couples. Unable to attach photos on Hotels.com app."

"The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. As others mentioned, the bath towels are on the small side but it was fine for us. Central location in older part of Jeju city and walking distance to Olle market and black pork restaurants. "

China House Restaurant

"Hotel was excellent! But we want to leave a few words about an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! On our first visit, we enjoyed the hot pot, and on the second night, we had the Beijing duck—both were exceptional. The food was the closest to authentic Chinese cuisine we’ve had in Korea. A special mention to Jennifer, who provided outstanding service. She was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, especially for my pregnant wife, taking extra care to explain the dishes and accommodate her needs. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere—highly recommended! We will definitely be returning."

"The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience"
