"Older hotel in very good location near the waterfront. Small rooms and bathrooms. Checking in was ok for us but our friends with two other rooms had extreme difficulties. We arrive a few minutes early about 2:30 and their rooms weren’t ready. That’s ok because we were early and staff said they’d be ready by 3:00. But there was an IT issue and the system was down.
