"Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to where we needed to be. The only downside was there was no information provided on check-in. No wifi information provided, no instructions or infortmation about pool, restaurant, etc. There was also none of the usual hotel information in the room - there was a QR code in the elevator to order from restaurant, but nothing in room to order. "This apartment had everything we needed and good value, separate bedroom, kitchen, laundry (although the washing machine didnt work and was replaced when requested and the stove was dangerous!) Sadly the property could be so much more with a little updating of amenities. The dryer didn't function either, just tumbled hot wet clothes, the electric kitchen stove was of the old style and the indicator knobs spun around so you didn't know what setting or which hotplate you were on! Very dangerous...

"It's an easy walk into town approx 10 minute walk to Woolies. we had a car and found the location of Alatai handy to explore sites beyond the city.We had a studio ground floor appmt, the ensuite bath is dated but serviceable, the room was clean. overall very happy with our 6 day stay."

"Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. "

"Conveniently located close to Mitchell Street without the noise. The best bit was the owner's flexibility around a late check-out to accommodate work commitments and a late flight out. Would stay here again anytime!"

"We had such a lovely stay, it was just such a shame we were delayed in our arrival and didnt get to enjoy a little longer. The apartment was neat clean and tidy, with beautiful modern furnishings. They have an exceptional outlook on on conserving energy for our environment. It was so refreshing to see. Encouragement of guests to conserve energy and tip's on how too. It was very educational for those who dont know how. Freat use of recycling bins as well. "

"The property is not right in the town centre so there are not many restaurants or shops, though you can easily walk to these if it's not too hot. The apartment was very comfortable and we had fantastic views from the top floor. There was quite a lot of traffic noise, however, and the apartment was very old and really needs a refurb and new furniture. The old dishwasher broke down during our stay and a shower head needed replacing. It was very clean, though, and the beds were really comfortable,...
