"We return to B&W a couple of times a year for the Theatre and the excellent shopping. Toowoomba is a friendly and welcoming town with plenty to see and do, and B&W is an excellent place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable quiet rooms, and a much iimproved breakfast buffet. "The lady who checked us in was friendly and very accommodating. She suggested eateries nearby and chatted about the unseasonable weather, even offering warmer clothes if needed. Room was all we required and the bed was comfy. Would stay again. Only constructive criticism would be that the jug was difficult to fill because of its size and the tapware in the sink and the sink needs some CLR clear and a scaper. However, minor details that did not impact our very satisfactory three day stay. "
