Our bed linens had huge, dark stains on them, but it didn’t take long after telling the front desk for them to bring us new ones that were still in the packaging. We appreciated that! I really felt like they were concerned with our comfort; they even allowed us a late checkout. Another important detail was that I didn’t see not even one roach- can’t ask for much more!"
