Friendly staff. Best location— a few minutes walk to Universal Studios & the train station. Very good buffet variety. Amazing onsen! I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

This was a great property. The hotel was clean. Front desk was staffed, and folks were friendly and English speaking. The room was spacious, clean. Washer in the room was actually great including a full drying cycle. We did not need to hang clothes like we had to do in other hotels. On our last day there, it rained and the hotel had umbrellas we could borrow. Overall, I would highly recommend. We were a party of 4.
