"We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! "This hotel is a bit tired. The garden bar is good but sofas old and uncomfortable. Bar staff excellant. Needs aircon as very warm and dry. Lots of people coughing all through breakfast.
