"I like everything. The family that owns the property do whatever they can to be helpful. It's high on a hill with beautiful, very Umbrian, views. The nearby small towns have some excellent restaurants. A terrific place to stay if you're planning on visiting any number of the regions hill towns. Convenient to highways, little traffic. "

"Modern clean comfortable and somewhere to look forward to returning at the end of the day. Optional breakfast with broad choices and good quality. Staffing very helpful and check in simple.Fabulous views. An A4 small detail map provided but greater greater detail would be helpful. (Full maps are difficult to find). Downside limited parking for those with cars. Generally a most enjoyable stay (I wish it were longer). "

"We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!"

"I stayed in a small but clean and comfortable single room, which had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including a good shower! Location is perfect for exploring historic Perugia. "The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "

"Beautiful country house with stunning views and beautiful gardens . My room had a spa tub that was perfect after a long day of exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cappuccinos. Grounds offer many spots to sit, relax and take in the views. Although the house is located on a main road ( traffic noise during the day) it was very quiet at night. "
