Due to notice in room: Hotel not responsible for missing items in room, we asked “Do not disturb” on door. We left property and room was entered and beds were made luggage moved without our consent. Went to front desk and asked for manager. Was told
Manager wasn’t available. Asked for his/ her name and was told” We can not give you his name.This hotel that has a bullet proof 2” glass reception counter still sports DVD players in rooms.

I usually stay near the Plaza but I wanted to do some shopping at the Gallerías this time. The staff was lovely. The room was very comfortable. I loved having an early breakfast. The chilaquiles were delicious.

Estuvo cómodo a pesar de que era una habitación para fumadores, porque ya estaban ocupadas las de no fumadores, no había olor de cigarro que eso fue muy bueno, una habitación muy amplia aunque no había restaurante desconozco por qué
