Room was modern, clean, and had a lot of amenities, including a washing machine and a drying rack. A microwave, heated bath/shower room, induction stove, cookingware/silverware, Staff was also very polite and helpful when I locked myself out of the building. The surrounding area also had a Family Mart, a shopping street with plenty of stores, a wide variety of restaurants, and a train station that made access to other parts of Tokyo very easy. The check-in and check-out process was also very streamlined. Overall loved this hotel.

20-25 minutes by car from Haneda airport or you can take the JR to Kamata Station which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Checking in was easy. They provide a tablet at the front desk. Calling them for assistance was excellent as they speak very good English. We stayed at this location for about 2 weeks (a total of 4 of us). The area is quiet and the room was comfortable as there were some days where we stayed in and only went out for dinner. The WiFi supplied is plenty fast. As aforementioned, Kamata station is about a 10 minute walk which is super convenient. There are a number of stores and places to eat all within a 10 minute walk of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train station and Tokyo metro. Also about 20 minute walk from Tokyo KK metro line which goes to Haneda airport.

The room was so comfortable and clean with proper air conditioning, and the check-in is smooth if you do it right (instructions are easy to follow). The beds were super comfortable and thick. Great location, a FamilyMart is just a minute walk away from the hotel and the Kamata train station is about a ten minute walk. Super convenient and area is relatively quiet. Communication with customer service was okay, at times they would send late responses or fail to address a previous question/concern, but overall good. The cleanliness of our suite was not good. The table looked like it had not been wiped down from the previous guests, there was dust accumulated on some areas of the bedframe, the behind-the-mirror storage was very dirty, and we found patches of mold on the ceiling inside the shower room.

We stayed for one night after a late flight in and it met the expectations for that. Compared to other Minn properties though, the rooms were very small, to the point that we didn't know where to out our luggage! Luckily there was an issue with our family room and we were given two bunk rooms instead (which worked out perfectly for us to ensure we had our first night in Japan with good sleep). Otherwise it was a clean property, modern and easy to access for what we needed. Thanks again!
