We absolutely loved staying at Hop Inn. It was so cozy and quaint, the staff were so friendly and kind, and I loved all the amenities down in the lobby. It was also super close to train stations and super convenient but also nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Loved everything about this hotel except for the fact that i got bit by bed bugs. My arm is covered in bites. Other than that, location was fantastic, close proximity to the keisei skyliner station.

The property is quite new. The bed is firm which I like very much. Room is small but cozy, has everything we need. The laundry room is at the entrance, very convenient. The price is good. We will stay again if every visit Tokyo.

Staffs are friendly. Hotel room very clean. A new hotel in the heart of Ueno. So near from/to Keisei train station. Lots of places to dine. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

스탭 전부 친절합니다. 우에노 주변의 관광과 식당을 잘 소개시켜줘서 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방안에서 쉬고 있을때는 못 느꼈지만, 자려고 침대에 누웠을때 이상한 냄새가 약간 났습니다. 환기를 잠깐 해서 해결할 수 있었습니다. 욕조는 다른 도쿄의 호텔보다 잘 관리되고 있었습니다.

地點非常理想，至京成上野約8分鐘，至御徒町約5分鐘，後面就是阿美橫丁，走路1分鐘就有Family Mart。雖然靠近馬路，但並不嘈吵。前台的服務非常友好。因為這次是我生日旅行，詢問他們是否可以訂蛋糕，雖然他們沒有這項服務，但酒店還是準備了一份小禮物，十分窩心！

Chambre microscopique sans lumière naturelle
Séjour en couple dans cet hôtel qui est bien placé par rapport au métro mais je ne le recommande pas. Chambre semi-double (pas de chambre double), un placard à balais... Vu sur un mur, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la seule fenêtre, aucune lumière naturelle. L'hôtel se situe en face de rails de chemin de fer donc niveau bruit, on est au top ! Sinon le quartier est très calme pour Tokyo.
