This property was outstanding. The staff were friendly and had great English. Transportation was very convenient, and there was so much to do in the area. The bed was also phenomenal. The only downside is having to transfer elevators to get to the floors for the rooms, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Great hotel and airport bus stops right at hotel. Super convenient. However be prepared as it is in the middle of Shinjuku so very busy area with tons of people.

It is walkable to train stations. A lot of restaurants nearby. But red light street is one block away. It’s noisy and not appropriate for kids to stay. Breakfast is good. Calling a taxi needs a long time.

From the minute we walked in, to check in ,we were greeted warmly with a beverage. Loved the vibe! From the robots to the decor, LOVED! Def recommend. Location is in the middle of all the action. Night life surrounds you and is walkable. Many options to dine in area. Security present. Felt very safe! We stayed on 36th floor with a memorable view! We will never forget our stay at Hotel Groove. Right in the heart of exciting Shinjuku. Staff was awesome, and went above and beyond. A robot delivered something to our room, which was really cool. Room was cozy with an incredible view. Comfy bed and great shower.
