Convenience location
Very close to Shimbashin Station and convenience to go anywhere. I spent 20hrs in Tokyo and got a lot of stuff done staying here.

シーツなどは洗ってるのでしょうが、枕などちゃんと叩いてないのかダニが酷く痒くて寝れなかった。 電話でチェックインが遅れる旨を伝えた際大丈夫とだけ言われ、無人チェックインの説明がなく、ただ紙がドアに貼られていただけでサービスとしては親切さはないと感じた。

　安価であるし、寝るだけならと割り切って利用しています。周辺にある他のカプセルやホステルよりは静かじゃないかな。新しい9hoursの次に来るくらいかと。 　気にしすぎなのかもしれないが、カーペットは白い塵が見えていて掃除機をかけて欲しい。宿泊者の衣類が多数干してあるのも気になった。せめて見えにくいところでやってもらえるとよかったんだけどなぁ。 　コーヒーメーカーを無料で自由に使えるのは嬉しかった。水の補給やカスの排出等もセルフサービスだったが、それも含みで楽しめた。自分で清掃してから使ったよ(^^;; 【2021年2月利用】

昨年秋ごろの口コミに書かれていた「突っ張り棒でクローゼット代わり」「空気清浄機がエラー吐きっぱなし」「コーヒーメーカーは置いてあるが使えるんだか使えないんだか」は改善されていました。下着が干してあるようなことも無くなっていました。冷蔵庫と電子レンジは窓側にちゃんとありました。奥の方は、物が積まれてバックヤード状態なので、カーテンか何かで見えないようにしてくれていれば気にならなかったのに・・・まぁ、実害はなかったのでいいですが。

簡易宿泊所というよりもタコ部屋。そして管理不行き届き。
ドミトリーベッドは奥行きが狭いので足先がはみ出す。 照明器具の上には埃がたっぷり溜まっていた。 室内は特に狭いので、荷物整理が困難。 ． 共有スペースに私物が大量に放置されている。 勝手に突っ張り棒を設置して簡易クローゼット化している人がいる。 空気清浄機がエラーコード吐きっぱなしでもスタッフは何ら対応せず。 そのすぐ上部に簡易クローゼットがあるので、最も清浄な空気は洋服からの埃を撒き散らすだけ。 ． シャワーブースは20台のドミトリーに対して2室。 お陰で朝シャワー中に鍵をガチャガチャ開けようとされること複数回。 1回開かなかったらやめろよ！と怒るより先に気味が悪い。 私物のシャンプーボトルが置いてあるのも気味が悪い。 洗面台は化粧品ボトルが複数放置で不便極まりない。 冷蔵庫は見つけられなかった。 ゴミ箱は蓋なしなので臭いが充満している。 コーヒーサーバーは使えるのか判らないし埃が溜まっていた。 朝になってもフロント不在で室内の照明は真っ暗。 スリッパは清掃されていない気配だった為、裸足で過ごした。 ． あくまで推測だが、長期滞在者は女性の隠れホームレス。

空調は効いていたし、寝具も清潔で、快適でした。この価格なら文句ありません。ただ、チェックイン時間帯は有人で、とまでは言いませんがせめてLINEでも携帯でも何らか話ができる手段は欲しかったかなー

割り切りが大事
新橋駅から徒歩10分で、この値段なら申し分ない。気をつけるべきことは、普通のホテルで無料のものが有料。カミソリとかバスタオルとか。ただし、50円〜300円くらい。部屋着もないので、持参しよう。最大の難関は夜22時以降は玄関が施錠され、外側のドアについているボタンに暗証番号を入力して開けるシステムだが、これがなかなか開かない！24時頃にベロベロでホテルに戻ってドアが開かず、ガチャガチャしてたら、フロントのお兄さんが気づいてくれて、ようやく入室できた…最後にフロントのお兄さん、いい感じにユルイ雰囲気なのは嫌いじゃない。あとホテル内には自販機はないので、事前にコンビニに寄ってから来ようー。とにかく旅慣れている人にオススメなカンジ。サービスとかいらない人には良いかも

三ヶ月ぶりに利用したのですが、ゴミ箱は満杯だし、スタッフさんか長期滞在者さんかの私物や飲料食料が目につくし、空調が今ひとつで暑く残念でした。 しかし、一番厳しかったのは、外出から戻った時にパスワードロックの扉を開けることができなかったことでした。幸い、何度か解錠の操作をして、エラーで開かないことを繰り返しているうちに、たまたま中にいたスタッフさんが開けてくれて事なきを得ましたが、原因は渡された解錠コードが間違っていたこと。間違った解錠コードを渡すのもひどいし、解錠エラー多発した時に安易に中から開けるのもどうかと思う。連絡先は伝えてあったはずですが。

フロントの人が見ている動画の音が漏れていて結構うるさかった。チェックイン時間が終わって無人になるまで我慢だった。 空調が止まっていて、私には寒かった。これは無人になった後もずっと寒くてどうしようもなかった。 昔はこんなではなかったのだが、人が変わったのか？？

宿泊設備としては新橋周辺に３件あるｂｎｂの中で一番いいんじゃないかな。寝るだけなら問題なし。シャワーやトイレの音が漏れてくることもなく、自動車や電車の音が気になることもなく、静か。この価格で山手線の駅へ10分圏内（地下鉄の御成門駅なら5分かからず行ける）に泊まれるなら文句ない。

ロケーションはいい。安い。それだけ。 換気が悪いのか汗っぽいにおい。長居はしたくない。話声、いびきが真近で聞こえる。でも意外に安眠できた。密室感が良かったのか？　寝るだけならいいかもしれないが、リピートはしないと思う。

二段ベッドに泊まる方式で、他のカプセルホテル等と同様にベッドの通路側はカーテンで鍵はかかりません。ベッド内は簡素な白熱灯式のスタンドとコンセントが２口…うち１口はスタンドが埋めているので、自分で使えるのは１口。隣や上下との仕切りはしっかりしていて、カプセルホテルくらいの個室感はあります。寝るだけならいいかな。 カプセル内は飲食禁止、物を置くスペースすらないので、飲食するなら共用スペースで、と言われます。でもこのスペースに電子レンジと冷蔵庫があり便利でした。連泊する時に冷蔵庫があるのはありがたい。 タオル、寝間着とか他のカプセルホテルでは無料でもらえるものも、ここでは有料なので、その点はご注意ですね。
