"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. "This is a great place for a family. We liked the room. The 2 beds are excellent (1 person in each) but the mattresses you lay on the floor and sofa are not comfortable. The location is great. Very close to the train station which allows you to get anywhere. The street location is quiet with a grocery nearby. The downside for me was the wifi. It was terrible. I couldn't even have a zoom meeting without glitches. Forget about watching a movie. I complained but they were not able to fix it....
