"This place is a gem! we really loved our stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious with a great view. The fact that the hotel is right on the beach makes it magical especially early morning and in the evening. Loved the onsen as well. Pool and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with a mix of western and Japanese food. I definately recommend"

"Bedrooms were spacious. The decor was a little tired but not too perfect for family occupation! Service was good; the staff made every effort to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent- it had lots of choice. Situation was good with views and access to a safe bay. It would have been nice to have longer hours than 9 to 5 at the pool. "

"Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible."

"Not a new hotel, but very clean and welcoming. Loved the onsen with views of Mt Fuji (didn't get to see it due to poor weather!), the free nightly ramen (delicious!), massage chairs and fre ice creams from 4pm in summer. Very close to the train station but you couldn't hear it. Room was very spacious compared to the APA hotels I'd previously stayed at. Didn't get coffee supplies in the room, but there was a free coffee machine in the foyer in the afternoon. Washing machine wre free, you just have to pay for the dryer. Didn't try the restaurant for breakfast but there are good restaurants for dinner near the hotel and the train station, a mere 5 minutes walk. "
