"We recently did a two-day stay at Ukee Peninsula Motel in Ucluelet, and our experience was largely positive. From the onset, the check-in process was incredibly smooth—even though we were running late and missed the office hours, the staff were accommodating and ensured our self-check-in was seamless by staying in contact via text. The motel has recently undergone renovations, and it shows. It is sleek and modern - we got the (2) queen beds, which had a little living area and the basic necessities. We would have liked if there was also a little kitchenette, but I see that it is available for other rooms only. The location was quite convenient. We are steps away from the Ucluelet Museum, and there are a lot of beaches around. Its proximity to the local CO-OP also meant we could grab any essentials as necessary. However, it wasn't all perfect. Our main concern was the thinness of the walls. This meant we could hear our neighbors more clearly than we would have liked, which detracted from our otherwise peaceful stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay and definitely recommend. The positives definitely outweighed our one concern. A great place to stay, exceptional service, great location. "

"We have been going to Tofino for the past 11 years and this was our first time staying at MBL. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay there. Our room was amazing and the view was simply spectacular! The main lodge meeting area with its cozy fireplace was so welcoming. An extra huge bonus was the fact that the property has a generator which came in handy as the bomb cyclone that hit while we were there knocked out the power for 2 days all over the island. We will most definitely make this our new go to place to stay while in Tofino from now on."

"We had an amazing visit to Ucluelet and a very comfortable stay at the Inn. The Inn owner was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We had a great view of the harbour which is next to the hotel. Well located to the downtown and to the parks, especially the Ancient Cedars Trail. "
