"A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. "Great property in a great location. Very secluded in a back street, away from the noisy square, yet close enough to easily walk to various restaurants serving delicious food. Also, very friendly locals, especially Benjamin, who helped me to find a taxi and recommended some good restaurants in the neighborhood. "

"Beautiful property, Very clean. Its in the middle of the highway so you can not just walk out to the store. You must enter with a car/uber and leave with a car/uber. otherwise its a very luxurious and beautiful apartment building"

"This was a great location in Casco Viejo. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars. Very walkable. Close to the malecon for jogging / walking. Rooftop pool and deck perfect for sunrise / sunset. Unit had everything we needed. Only negative was we asked for an extra blanket and were told that was not available. "

"We enjoyed our short 2 day stay here. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Was quick walking distance to great coffee shops and only steps away from a delightful restaurant, LAMRO. Communication with the property was efficient and check in was smooth and easy. As it is located a little off the beaten path, be prepared for “rustic” surroundings. With that, we never felt unsafe at any point."

"the main thing that I like about this resort is that is a private area and the beach is exclusive to the Hotel, it gives you a much more safe and quiet enviroment. quality of the room are and service is great. My only down is that the coffee maker in the room is a joke. other than that it's all great. "

"Great location! Convenient to everything! Hotel was clean and had daily housekeeping. Our room was very comfortable and the waterfall shower-head was amazing! Pool was very nice! There were ample chairs and umbrellas as well as bar service. We did not use the spa or gym but they looked nice. The breakfast buffet offered several options and everything we had was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!"
