"Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....

"Lovely clean accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast provided each morning. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful quiet garden to view. A decent walk to the dragon bridge (approx 30 mins) but flat and easy to do so. Few eateries close by."

"My family and I had a great stay. The Home is in a nice villa community, very quiet and safe. The public pool is very clean and only a few people use it, so we are very comfortable when using the pool. The air conditioner make the place so pleasant. "I'm very surprised by the reviews of this property as our room was far from perfect. The floors were quite dirty and the bathroom looked nothing like the photos on the profile. There was also someone's hair hanging from the shower head, which was disgusting. The bedside lamp didnt work and the mattress was uncomfortable. I would avoid this place."

"It was a single night stay, about 10 minutes from the railway station. Quick check in, and staff very helpful. Breakfast was included and an excellent selection. Lots of local places to eat and local shops, ideally situated I walked to the beach straight busy road about 20 minutes, proir to the beach there are bar's and restaurants"
